30-minute introductory webinar
These webinars provide an introduction and overview of neurodiversity in the workplace for all employees and managers. Open to everyone, regardless of role, level, or location, they are highly accessible and inclusive.
Participants will build awareness of what neurodiversity means and the role each of us can play in creating a culture of inclusion and belonging. They will also be introduced to the Thriving Through Inclusion Roadmap, which outlines the five key components to consider when creating neuro-inclusive workplaces, providing both clarity and direction.
Designed to spark curiosity and build momentum, these sessions whet participants’ appetite to explore the topic more deeply through follow-on booster sessions, half-day or full-day workshops, and individual or team coaching opportunities.
Participants leave with a practical 30-day challenge designed to help build inclusive habits, confidence, and everyday action.

These short, practical and energising booster webinars provide a deeper dive from the taster webinars into neurodiversity in the workplace. They are available to all employees and are designed to build the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to apply neuroinclusive practices in day-to-day work and team interactions.
Through a blend of expert input, self-reflection, discussion, practical exercises, and real-life case studies, participants explore common workplace scenarios using real live examples and case studies The sessions introduce the unique Thriving Through Inclusion Roadmap built around five key elements of neuroinclusive practice, providing a clear framework for participants to follow to play their part in being a good ally albeit as a team member or manager in creating a culture of inclusion, allyship and belonging.
Delivered in a supportive and accessible learning environment, Participants leave with increased confidence, practical tools, and a structured 30-day challenge designed to embed learning into everyday practice and sustain meaningful behaviour change.
There is an additional facilitated group 30-minute virtual call a month after the workshop to exchange successes and challenges
