How long we keep information

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, and business requirements. Enquiry data submitted via our website or by email is typically retained for up to 18 months to allow for follow-up and ongoing discussions. Where an enquiry results in a client relationship, client contact details and related correspondence are retained for up to 6 years after the end of the client relationship, in line with standard legal and contractual obligations. Personal data is securely deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required.
