Overview
Thriving Through Inclusion for Leaders and Managers is a one-day development experience designed to equip managers and leaders with the awareness, tools and confidence to lead neuro-inclusive teams.
In every organisation, there are many ways people think, communicate, interact and make decisions. This programme helps leaders recognise and embrace these differences, creating psychologically safe teams where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to thrive.
Leaders will explore how small shifts in mindset, flexibility, and communication can make a transformational difference to individuals, teams, and culture.
By the end of the programme, participants will be equipped to build environments where neurodiversity is celebrated as a strength and inclusion becomes part of everyday leadership.
This programme can be customised to include HR professionals, either together with a management group or as a separate group on their own, acknowledging the leading role the HR function often takes in embedding neurodiversity in the workplace.
