Thriving Through Inclusion For Neurodivergent Individuals & Professionals

Neurodiversity Training for Individuals

Overview

Thriving Through Inclusion Professionals programme is a six-month development programme designed to help neurodivergent individuals recognise their unique strengths, navigate workplace challenges and build authentic confidence.

Each 90-minute monthly session is facilitated by a NeuroWorks Training Facilitator and professional coach, blending reflection, peer connection, and practical learning in a safe and supportive space. Sessions are focused, interactive and designed to fit seamlessly into the working day.

With four weeks between sessions, participants have time to reflect, apply learning and implement personal action plans.

Groups are kept intentionally small, a maximum of 8-10 participants, to ensure a psychologically safe environment where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

Through shared experiences, self-reflection and practical tools, participants develop the insight and confidence to thrive authentically and sustainably in the workplace. They completer the programme feeling empowered to thrive as their authentic selves, not by changing who they are, but by leveraging who they’ve always been.

Thriving Through Inclusion for Individuals can also be delivered one-to-one for those who prefer a more personal experience. Participants receive the same modules and content, tailored through dedicated coaching to their individual needs and goals.

Madeline brings a great deal of energy to what she does. She really believes in making a positive difference to the people she works with and the organisation at large. She has an engaging communication style that people find inspiring and personable.

She gets great results because she brings out the best in individuals, teams and the cultures she works with. She has been an asset to both organisations I have worked with her in and she has always been a trusted partner and sounding board to me along the way. She is a great advocate for neurodiversity as she brings together her personal experience, her experience as a mum and her professional training experience.

I am looking forward to the programmes she is developing in this area and think it is most definitely needed in the modern corporate environment
