Overview

Thriving Through Inclusion for Leaders and Managers is a one-day development experience designed to equip managers and leaders with the awareness, tools and confidence to lead neuroinclusive teams.

In every organisation, there are many ways people think, communicate, interact and make decisions. This programme helps leaders recognise and embrace these differences, creating psychologically safe teams where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive.

Leaders will explore how small shifts in mindset, flexibility and communication can make a transformational difference to individuals, teams and culture.

By the end of the programme, participants will be equipped to build environments where neurodiversity is celebrated as a strength and inclusion becomes part of everyday leadership.

Programme Pricing

Open programmes (up to 15 leaders) – ideal for leaders from a range of organisations and industries who want to learn, share experiences and connect in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Pricing £895+VAT per person. This is a full day programme from 9.30am-5.00pm. (Minimum of 3 people)

Pre-work – including a pre-session questionnaire and reading

Workbook including exercises, self reflection, case studies

30 day challenge with specific actions for leaders to apply for successful implementation post workshop
