Thriving Through Inclusion Together

Neurodiversity Training for Everyone

Overview

Thriving Through Inclusion Together is an introductory session designed to build awareness, empathy and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace. Participants will explore what neurodiversity means, why it matters, and how inclusion helps every individual and team thrive.

Through stories, reflection, and practical examples, this session helps participants appreciate different ways of thinking, learning and working. Fostering psychological safety, trust and connection across every workplace relationship; whether with peers, leaders, direct reports, clients or partners.

This workshop is for everyone – for all minds both neurotypical and neurodivergent alike, across all roles and all levels in the workplace.

When we take the time to understand one another, we unlock immense opportunities to thrive together through inclusion; strengthening collaboration, innovation and wellbeing.

Madeline brings a great deal of energy to what she does. She really believes in making a positive difference to the people she works with and the organisation at large. She has an engaging communication style that people find inspiring and personable.

She gets great results because she brings out the best in individuals, teams and the cultures she works with. She has been an asset to both organisations I have worked with her in and she has always been a trusted partner and sounding board to me along the way. She is a great advocate for neurodiversity as she brings together her personal experience, her experience as a mum and her professional training experience.

I am looking forward to the programmes she is developing in this area and think it is most definitely needed in the modern corporate environment
