Neurodiversity Training for Teams
Overview
Thriving Through Inclusion for Teams is a one-day development experience designed for teams who want to strengthen collaboration, empathy and inclusion.
This engaging, interactive programme helps teams understand neurodiversity as a natural human variation, appreciate diverse ways of thinking and working, and build a culture where everyone, neurodivergent and neurotypical, can thrive authentically and together.
The programme integrates the Insights Discovery® framework with neuroinclusive tools and reflection, helping participants explore their personal preferences, communication styles and team dynamics through the lens of inclusion.
The team will leave with a Team Inclusion Charter that defines how the team will value difference, foster inclusion and strengthen connection.
All participants will complete an Insights Discovery® psychometric profile as prework.
A one-hour follow-up call reinforces learning, deepens team connection and helps embed inclusive behaviours in daily work.
