What We Do

At NeuroWorks, we help organisations, teams and individuals to thrive through inclusion. Everything we do is grounded in our belief that when people feel understood, supported and valued for who they are, they can truly thrive through inclusion.

We deliver transformative learning and coaching experiences that build awareness, empathy and confidence around neurodiversity in the workplace.

Neurodiversity in the workplace is all about recognising and valuing the natural differences in how people think, process information, communicate, and solve problems and treating these differences as strengths that contribute to better performance, innovation, and inclusion. It encompasses conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and Tourette syndrome, as well as many other natural variations in how people think and work.

Our work focuses on:

  • Empowering neurodivergent individuals to understand their strengths, communicate their needs and thrive authentically.
  • Equipping leaders and managers to create psychologically safe, inclusive environments where all minds can do their best work.
  • Supporting teams to collaborate across differences, build trust, and unlock the creativity that comes from diverse ways of thinking.
  • Enabling neurodivergent and neurotypical colleagues to thrive together through increased awareness, empathy, and allyship, strengthening connection, understanding and mutual respect.

Through interactive workshops, coaching, and consultancy, we help workplaces move from awareness to action, creating cultures where everyone belongs, contributes and thrives through inclusion. We offer training programmes that are both in house and open.

In house programmes – These are programmes delivered exclusively for people within one organisation, usually tailored to your culture, strategy systems and priorities.

Open programmes – This is training attended by individuals from multiple organisations, bringing together diverse industries, roles and perspectives.

Our Mission

We’re redefining the future of work, dismantling outdated narratives and championing neurodiversity as the catalyst for innovation, creativity and cultural transformation.

We equip leaders with the insight and courage to build teams that thrive through inclusion, unlocking potential and shaping cultures where difference is harnessed for growth and collective brilliance.

Through transformative coaching and training, we help individuals bring their whole selves to work – unapologetically, authentically and without limitations.

Our mission is to create workplaces where everyone belongs, thriving through inclusion.

Our Vision

Over the next ten years, we envision a world where workplaces become fearless catalysts for inclusion and innovation, where neurodiversity is celebrated, authenticity is the norm and everyone thrives unapologetically. No masking. No shame. No limits.

Our Goals

There are 4 bold and ambitious goals driving everything we do

Transform Leadership at Scale

We will equip thousands of managers and leaders worldwide with advanced neurodiversity insight, tools, and training,

empowering them to build psychologically safe, high-performing teams that drive innovation and creativity by thriving through inclusion. When leaders champion neurodiversity, they unlock untapped talent and create workplaces where everyone belongs and potential is realised.

Elevate Neurodivergent Talent

We will design and deliver transformative coaching and training programmes that empower neurodivergent individuals to embrace self-acceptance, bring their whole selves to work, and harness their unique brilliance to deliver exceptional results, for themselves, their teams and their organisations. By unlocking this potential, we foster environments where authenticity drives achievement and inclusion becomes a catalyst for collective success.

Empower Individuals and Teams to Thrive through Inclusion

We will build cultures where all minds, neurodivergent and neurotypical alike, can understand themselves, value difference and collaborate through mutual respect and psychological safety. When individuals and teams thrive through inclusion, they become strong, connected, and high-achieving workplaces that flourish through collective strength and shared purpose.

Ignite a Global Cultural Movement

We will collaborate with organisations, communities, and policymakers to shift societal narratives from deficit to strength, championing inclusive practices that break down stigma and celebrate neurodiversity as a catalyst for innovation and transformation. Together, we’ll redefine what it means to work, lead, and belong, creating a world where everyone can thrive through inclusion.

Our Values

1

Radical Acceptance

We champion a culture where every individual’s differences are not just tolerated but deeply embraced as essential strengths. Radical acceptance means going beyond inclusion to actively dismantle stigma, bias and judgment. Creating spaces where everyone is celebrated for who they truly are. This unwavering acceptance fuels trust, belonging, and unlocks the creative power of diverse minds working together.

2

Fearless Belonging

We create environments where everyone feels genuinely included and valued, where individuals can belong fully and fearlessly, free from judgment, stigma, or the need to hide. This space is safe and secure to be yourself and speak your truth. This fearless belonging fuels trust, collaboration, and unleashes the unique strengths of every team member.

3

Empowering Mindset

We cultivate a mindset that fuels curiosity, confidence, resilience and growth. By shifting perspectives and embracing growth-oriented habits, we inspire both leaders and neurodivergent individuals to break free from limiting beliefs and unlock their own and others’ true potential. This mindset lays the foundation for brilliance, unleashing talents, sparking innovation, and igniting creativity.

4

Courage to Be Authentic

We recognise that being your true self often requires bravery in the face of adversity and societal expectations. We champion the courage to stand out, be bold, and share your story, turning personal challenges into powerful leadership. By role-modelling authenticity, we inspire others to embrace their journeys and join the movement toward a more inclusive, fearless workplace.

5

Limitless Possibility

We believe there are no limits. Only the ones imposed by fear, doubt, and insecurity. Imagine what’s possible when those barriers are removed. The sky isn’t the limit; it’s just the beginning. For neurodivergent individuals and this movement, we commit to being bold, brave, and relentless in transforming the culture, breaking boundaries, and redefining what’s possible.

6

Cutting-Edge Innovation

We relentlessly pursue the latest insights, research and tools in neurodiversity and leadership. Staying ahead of the curve to deliver breakthrough solutions that challenge the status quo. Our commitment to innovation ensures we provide the most effective, impactful strategies that empower individuals and organisations to lead boldly and transform culture.

“It was honestly the best investment in my career and personal development I could have wished for. Madeline is a joy to work with. She has an infectious energy and positivity that sees off those “chattering monkeys” that many of us live with and that threaten to sabotage our own development.

Madeline gives you the space to explore what’s possible, work through the everyday hurdles and to challenge those ingrained beliefs that might be holding you back. She’s the cheerleader everyone needs on their side. If you have the opportunity to try coaching or invest in coaching for your teams, I can’t recommend Madeline enough.

She’ll change your life”
